  • Kibbeh

    2 Pieces of Kibbeh with Pita Bread.

  • Hummus with Pita Bread

    Delicious chickpea paste with pita bread to dip.

  • Shawarma Wrap: Chicken or Beef

    Pita wrap with Chicken or Beef cooked on a spit.

  • Namoura

    A semolina cake, and a fine example of an oriental sweet, soaked in syrup, decorated with almonds and a real treat with coffee or tea.

  • Knafe

    Made with layers of the shredded phyllo and a cheesy cream filling. It is traditionally served warm with a drizzle of simple syrup.

  • Maamoul

    Small shortbread pastries filled with dates, pistachios or walnuts.

  • Zaatar

    Famous Lebanese blend of spices, sesame seeds, and olive oil, cooked traditionally on a Saj.

  • Kafta Wrap

    Pita wrap with deliciously spiced beef and lamb.

  • Kibbeh Plate

    2 Kibbeh, with sides of Tabouli, Hummus, Rice, and Pita Bread.

  • Shawarma Plate: Chicken or Beef

  • Falafel Wrap

    A vegetarian pita filled with patties made from chickpeas and beans.

    1 Kafta, 1 Shishtaouk, with sides of Tabouli, Hummus, Rice, and Pita Bread.

  • Pastry Platter

    A platter full of variety of Middle Eastern pastry specialties such as Baklava, Namoura, Knafe and Maamoul.

  • Shish Taouk Wrap

    Flame-grilled Chicken Skewer in a pita wrap.

  • Vegetarian Plate

    3 All-dressed Falafel, 4 Grape Leaves, with sides of Tabouli, Hummos, and Pita Bread.

  • Stuffed Grape Leaves

    Tender grape leaves stuffed with seasoned rice.

  • Tabouli

    Parsley, cracked wheat, finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Dressed with olive oil, mint and lemon juice.
